My client configured adyen payment connector into HQ, but still in d365 commerce on checkout page getting error as " We were unable to obtain the card payment accept page url".
Can you please help me to resolve this type error.

Set up Dynamics 365 Payment Connector for Adyen - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
This error seems to be due to the absence of supported currencies for the test connector.
