unable to login dynamic crm

Hi,

I am trying to connect XRM Tool box .but i am getting the error "Unable to login dynamic crm". I check the log file also. in the log file its showing exception "The caller was not authenticated by the service." here I attached screen shot.please help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi Indrasena ,

    It may be happen due to Incorrect saved credentials for the CRM server in the Windows Credential Store; these credentials are regularly tried by Windows.

    Clear the saved windows Credential Manager  , reset IIS and check if works.

    Are you using IFD or Claims based authentication?

    If you are, try the following options:

    UserName: Domain\UserName

    Password: Your password

    Domain: Domain

    or

    UserName: Domain\UserName

    Password: Your Password

    Domain: (leave empty)
