Wondering if I can rebuild this table - first remove the table and then using Check Links recreate it?
Thanks.

Yes Bill, you can definitely do that, although, there will be one piece of loss in this process that the check links will not be able to retrieve, which is the "Segment Description".
Do not drop the table, delete all the records in this table
DELETE FROM dbo.GL40200
Run check links for the "Financial" series, "Account Master" logical table. Once the check links is completed, the report will state what were missing
This table simply holds each segment number under (SGMNTID) along with its segmentation order; whether it is first, second or third segment, under field (SGMTNUMB), and a description for this segment. In this essence, when check links is processes, the system will simply run a count statement for each segment and make sure that there is an existing associated record, if not, a new record will be inserted.
Your feedback is highly appreciated,
Bill,
Here's a post in which Richard Wheeler explains the process to recreate the GL00105 and GL40200 tables.
