Marketing: Dynamic Segment based on Dynamic Marketing List: Members not in List

Hello Community

I've created in Dynamics Marketing a "dynamic segment" which selects contacts, which are in a "dynamic marketing list" (in D365 CRM). The Dynamic Marketing List consist of all Clients in a Certain Area.

The ML has in Total 223 Members.

The Segment used to have the same amount for ~2 days now it shows Members = 0, also the list of members is empty. If I go to "insights" of the dynamic segment I see, that there are 223 Members inside:

If I now intersect this dynamic segment with a "behavioral segment" it remains empty. Why do the members get disapeared in the dynamic segment and is there a way to "keep" the dynamic list acutal with all members fitting the criteria and not just the "delta"?

Hi Frieso,

as per the document, it's not possible to create a segment from dynamic marketing list.

"Dynamic marketing lists are evaluated on demand, such as when a user requests to see them, or when a campaign activity or quick campaign is distributing activities for the member audience."

The options could be to create a static marketing list to eg manage subscriptions or to create a dynamic segment in D365 Marketing.
