Upgrade GP 2010 (11.00.2390) to GP 2013 (12.00.1295)

Hi,

We recently testing to upgrade from GP 2010 R2 Build # 11.00.2390 to GP 2013 Build # 12.00.1295.

However, while running GP utilities for 2013, we have encountered below error:

Error:  Product 0 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2390.
Error:  Product 258 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2281.
Error:  Product 309 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2353.
Error:  Product 414 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2278.
Error:  Product 949 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2279.
Error:  Product 3180 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2323.
Error:  Product 3258 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2143.
Error:  Product 3830 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.54.

Can anyone suggest, where I am doing wrong?

    Exactly, or you can copy SP file to "Updates" folder on Dynamics GP setup .iso file and remove other files on this folder before installing GP 2013 the first time.

    You mean that I need to download and apply required Service pack/ hot fix of GP 2013, before running GP utilities.

    You need to have GP2013 v.12.00.1826 or later on order to upgrade from GP2010 v.11.00.2390.
