20I set up a new trial instance this week and am trying to get the Business Card Scanning to work in this trial instance but all I get are errors.
I get errors on both methods:
Phone App on and iPhone: Image type not supported, please us JPEG, PNG or BMP images
Web where I import a JPG picture of a card: Just simply fails to read the JPEG
The app seems to be using it’s own camera app but just in cases I change the default on the iPhone Camera App.
How to Make iPhone Camera Shoot JPEG Pictures in iOS 12 & iOS 11
After version 11 by default iPhone capture pictures in HEIF format
- I followed these instructions to change the phone default format and it still gave me an error.
- I rebooted the phone: Still received error
Enable or disable saving of business card image
- I turned this off and still get the exact same error
