The above prior question asked the same question as is the subject here.
We were at GP 2010 with audit trail capability, but I am not seeing it in 2013. The suggested manual is for 2010. The install menu path (in the doc) does not lead to an audit trail option in our install of 2013.

Audit Trails is not available in GP 2013. This is discontinued module in GP 2013.
