Hello,

I am publishing sandbox from VS Code. It throws up a page that asks if I want to take a "quick survey" or "skip survey". Whatever I click on, it will throw up a blank window. When I refresh it, I'll get the BC splash page and a spinning circle which times out.

Any suggestions?

Hi, I checked, and I didn't encounter your problem. Is it caused by other extensions of VS Code? A screenshot might be helpful.

BTW, this worked fine last Friday; I got no prompts for a survey and was able to step through my code as you would expect.

Hi EmilyMH,

It is always better to follow below steps for safer side:

1. Delete ".alpackages" folder

2. Clear Credentials Cache

3. Download symbols again

Hi,

Yogender Singh Rana Sometimes your steps fix the survey problem, sometimes they do not.

I have tried closing all browsers, clearing browser cache, etc but haven't yet been successful at permanently eliminating the survey problem.

Any other suggestions?
