Hi Community,
I am getting error while process Sales price in Sales quotation form using Product Configuration model.
We have 5 items , 2 of them giving Sales price others giving error as given below.
Please help me.

Hi Faiz,
The error tells you that is can't create a route record as it already exists. For that reason it will not finalize the configuration. Without the configuration, it can't determine the price.
I would suggest to review why the product configuration tries to create a duplicate route record.

I made duplicate from existing Product Configuration model. and setup price model. The existing Product Configuration working fine and newly created one giving Route already exist error.
How do I check . I already checked and compare with existing line by line. Its look similar(I made duplicate7) but getting error as mention in above.
Please guide me more.

I don't know what exactly has been setup in your environment. Probably. the first configuration can also give issues at a certain point of time. If you have only one or a few routes options, can you share the configuration setup for the routes?
Since it is giving a record already exists error you may have data issues.
If you are still experiencing this issue, please open a support case for further investigation.
