Purchase Order error

I am trying to get a purchase order and says this:
"you can not open this order until you save it in a batch shopping"

I Reconcile and articles But persist

    Hi,

    I have never seen this error either, what is the field under currency id?

    I am not seeing that field in my window.

    I have not seen this error on PO before.  Is it a third party product?  Could you include a screen shot?
