Can I do a find and replace across the html of all of my Marketing Emails?

Hi everyone,

We've noticed an incorrect link on phone numbers on some of our emails, and don't know how many other emails are affected.

Is it possible to do a find and replace across all emails in the system, while they're still in the system and active, rather than pulling out all HTML and fixing it locally before redeplying all emails?

    Hi Sam,

    The live Marketing Emails can be edited without stopping them. You just need to click the edit button in the top of the email.

    It is not possible to modify messages that have already been sent but it does work on messages that have not yet been sent.

    Hi Nya,

    Thanks for the speedy response! Ideally, though, I want to automate the process somehow, rather than check every email individually as there are lots of them. I know I could find/replace across multiple html files using Dreamweaver or similar, so I'm hoping there's a similar process I could employ within 365.

    Unfortunately, there is no solution to find/replace the emails automatically.
