We are trying to sync appointments with the CRM Outlook 365 plugin, all the functions show, I can hit set regarding and choose my record, but they don't show up in CRM. Also the view in CRM is grayed out.
There is a message that pops up that says "Synchronization tasks can't be performed on this computer because the synchronization method is set to None"
Where can this be set? It looks like I have a green mark in the configuration wizard..

1. Go to Settings > Email Configuration.
2. Choose Mailbox.
3. Choose the mailbox record to open it.
4. In the Mailbox dialog box, under Synchronization Method
