Customization options for Sales Hub App

Hi

Could someone please let me know if there are any restrictions on customizing the OOTB Sales Hub app.  For example you can only add 15 custom entities like the Team Member App.

 Microsoft are bringing out functionality that is only available in the Sales Hub App, for example the enhanced email functionailty, and therefore I am thinking about modifying this app rather than creating a custom app for Sales type functions.

I expect my users to have Sales Enterprise licence so that should be ok, it's just if MS limit the amount of changes that can be done on the Sales Hub App

    I don't think there are restrictions on customizing the Sales Hub app to add custom entities or other changes. The point of the Team Member app is that eventually that will be the only app that users with the Team Members license will be allowed to use

    Hi partner,

    There are no custom restrictions on customizing Sales Hub app. It is a standard D365 OOTB app, and you could customize and develop on this basis. 

    The purpose of the Team Member App is to be used by users of the Team Members license, not by all users.

    The Team Members license can only access 15 custom entities, which is why the Team Member App has this restriction. None of this has anything to do with the Sales Hub app, because the users who can access the Sales Hub app are all full licenses, and the Team Members license cannot access the Sales Hub app (For Team Members license updated in 2020 wave 1).
