I need to make a code or a solution
If workflow didn't have action then after 2 days it's automatically delegated to the employee's manager
if there is any one faced this please to help

Hello Sherif Fayed,
You can achieve this by setting up a managerial hierarchy that links your employee to the management.
This hierarchy can then be referred to in the escalation path that you configure for your workflow element.
Here is a screenshot that exemplifies this.
