How can we show custom SSRS report on post button of any Form ( for example Receiving Transaction Entry Form)?

This couldn't be done out of the box, you will have to write few VBA lines of code to run your report and pass the parameters, I have developed a tool that covers this for Crystal Reports in the article below, you might change the code to fit your needs:
