Is Project Connector in SL 2015? If not, when will we be able to use Project Server with SL 2015?

Text straight from the SL 2015 Release Notes, Page 17....
Support for Microsoft Project Connector is no longer available for Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015.
Thanks Mark. I completely missed that single line.
I'm confused, though. On various VAR sites, the vendors discuss the wonders of SL 2015 and Project Server. Also, I watched the Microsoft video "Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015" (www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com/.../introduction-to-microsoft-dynamics-sl-2015) and in the chapter "Integrations" beginning at the 29:17 mark, the speaker discusses how SL 2015 will work with Project Server using Project Connector.
So, which is it? What happens to everyone using Project Server with SL 2011?
That is a great question Chuck! Our company is looking at moving away from Project Server for the SL 2015 release. In fact, it might simplify our environment tremendously if we no longer use Project Server and the Connector.
Page 10 of the Dynamics SL 2015 Capabilites Guide - Microsoft indicates that the Microsoft Project Connector is available?
Darren - This issue was addressed in a later question that I asked at community.dynamics.com/.../150318.aspx.
Posting the referenced reply.
Project Connector is not included because the project server program was re-written...where there were 4 db's now there is only 1 (much like PS2003) the whole architecture has changed and therefore the whole thing on the SL side will need to be totally redone. I have not heard as to if they will get that done in SL2015 at this time.
Thank-you very much for the clarification.
I just came across a PowerPoint presentation from the 2014 Partner connections event. Slide #28 indicates that there will be a Project Connector web app available soon.

I understand the potential complications due to the change in project server architecture.
How do I explain to a client , who invested in project server and all associated costs, and have also invested in changes in business processes to make the integration work for him, that his next improved version of SL cannot integrate with project server and Microsoft is not offering any alternative solutions either?
To clarify... the bullet point on that slide is that a new resource management web app is coming soon, which could replace some of the MS project functionality for users on the "light" end of things. But as of today, there are no immediate plans for project connector and it continues to be evaluated.
