Cannot Access Report Writer Reports !!

I am trying to modify a report after I have made changes to my items. I have added Class Codes.

I get a Login pop up box. If I put in the password it tells me I am already logged in.

When I hit Cancel I get a Big Red X and the message says: An open operation on table 'sySecurityView" failed because you are not logged in to a data source.

I have experienced this error when making changes in Report Writer when other users are accessing the application. It happens when I switch from the application to Report Writer and someone else has logged in after I have. To avoid this I have been making changes to Report Writer when there are no other users logged in.

If I sign off and relog in to GP I can access the Report Writer.
