Hi,

any idea what could cause the following error:

 Whenever user opens the CRM for Outlook Client he gets an error message, that some appointment can't be tracked. Altough he never clicked the track button.

    Hi,

    I think I had this issue and it was because I had some old appointments in Outlook that were trying to synch with CRM. I went into Outlook changed my appoint view to List and untrack or deleted the old appointments.
