Closing a Project and transferring the costs to another project with outsourced POs

Hello People,

Does any one knows what to do if

  • We need to cancel a project and move its cost to another project &
  • Also cancelleing project has a cost of outsourced PO. Can that be moved too?
  • If Yes then how and if NO then what are steps to be taken to reverse the costs from cancelling project and also how to charge to another project.

your help, tip will be appreciated highly.

    Actually it was very simple and just let the people know that all you have to do,

    • Create a RETURN on the PO for the project that needs to be closed and then
    • Create a new PO to the Project that need to have that Cost.

    and that should do it, I was thinking something different
