Hi all,

We are using on-premise version of Dynamics CRM 2013, suddenly the auditing has been stopped for some reason. When i looked into the audit summary it says a user has disabled the auditing for this entity and when i turned it back it is still saying the same error. Any ideas why i am facing this.

Secondly how do i export the audit logs from the application?

Please advise.

This can often happen when importing a solution because the 'audit' flag is set during import to match that in the solution.

Have you imported any solutions recently?

It is enabled and the system is working fine for almost 3 years. I am aware of those two links, is there any other way to export logs?

Have you enabled auditing while creating the entity?
