Smart List from GP2010 to GP2013

I need to import all smartlist created in GP2010 dynamics to GP2013 for a specific user. Could I achieve it by any specific procedure? I want to use through SQL queries. I had even tried by using Export/Import option but Facing issues related to security rights (could not resolve as use is already a power user). Please advise as it is very urgent for me.

Please remember if something is urgent you should open a support case. Soma is correct that once you import in the Smartlist you are going to need to setup security for that Smartlist and the tables/views involved.

I think you need to give security access to the users after you imported the Smartlists from previous versions.
