what's the problem?
the service does not start or you experience problems when logging in.
if the service does not start check the event viiewer, if you cannot login try checking the clientusersettings.config

Please try to restart your Dynamics NAV 2017 server and look in the event log of the machine hosting your Dynamics NAV 2017 middle tier service.
