Is it possible to authenticate a custom web application with Dynamics CRM users? Meaning a user already exist in Dynamics, we want to use the credentials to login to our custom app.
Is there a guide or sample available? Please help share the URL if yes.

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) support three security models for authentication: claims-based authentication, Active Directory authentication, and OAuth 2.0 (IFD only).
Where is your Custom Web Application hosted?
The below link describes how to develop a custom webpage that can make SDK calls to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) on behalf of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) user who is signed in.
