has anyone successfully applied a pricing structure to service items where the unit price varies for incremental amounts over specified breakpoints? this differs from the basic volume pricing that applies the stated rate to all units depending on the volume of the entire order. as an example, asset management services may be priced at a rate of 0.xx% for the first $10 million of assets being managed and 0.yy% for assets above $10 million (and there may be multiple break points each with a different price).
