Direct Deposit Prenote Date

Customer's bank will not allow prenote files to be the same date as the date they upload. So, they generate the prenote file in GP, then have to manually update the date to the next business day in three places before uploading. Is there somewhere this can be set?

Hi,

What if you do not include prenotes with the regular generation of the Payroll ACH file, and then create a file just for Prenotes only the day (or any day) after payroll has processed? Then you avoid customization.

No Deborah, it can not be done through setting, but with customization it can be done.
