My organization recently implemented Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Service. We are looking for best practices or creative ways to successfully track account activity and engagement. We want to be able to track emails, in person meetings, virtual meetings/demos, phone calls, etc. We need to see and easily report on the last time we've had an in person or virtual meeting with our clients and prospects. We need to track meaningful engagement information, so meeting date, participants, meeting notes, next steps, etc.
FWIW - we do not use Teams (yet), we use Zoom for virtual meetings.
Please give me some ideas!
