Is it possible to submit import job again?

I don't think you can restart an import job, as the importjob entity does not have fields for the statecode and statuscode.
It might be possible to programmatically create a new importjob record, copying the data attribute from the existing job, but I've no idea if this will work
As I know No. You have to do it again from the Import Data.
I believe you can do it by Flow, but, I don't have much experience yet in it.
