I wrote a request email to Microsoft to grant access to PSBC Account in order to get Object ID Range to develop an app for appsource.
I got a reply from Microsoft to sign up PRA (Partner Registration Agreement) and send back it to Microsoft to get registered into the PSBC account.
When I open the PRA sign up link , it shows me following in my browser:
Every time I go to the url, it open this page.
I have a partner center account.
Can anyone help me how to get rid of this page? and what is the exact problem in my Partner Center account?

Do you get the same message if you log into the browser as InPrivate/Incognito? If that does not work I would recommend reaching out to the contact that provided you the link.
