When store A transfer out inventory to store B. when store B receives full quantity and commit that order after few days that particular open again on both end on store A as a transfer out request and at store B as a transfer in request. But in actually that request already closed on both end. Currently I am managing 18 stores at time but only on few stores I have such issue.
I have also unmarked the option of edit closed purchase order in option tab in store operation manager.
What should I do please guide me.

Kinda sounds familar, what version are you running and is it the same version on all machines in the enterprise.
