Hello Expert,

Can anyone please suggest steps to upgrade from NAV 2016 to Business central Cloud? What would be the best way to upgrade to BC cloud? Should we first move to BC on-prem and then BC cloud?

Yes. You should move to BC on-prem then use cloud migration tools
