Power Automate not triggering after form submission from CustomerVoice

Hi everyone,

This WAS working and has now stopped.  My workflow is no longer triggering when forms submitted from CustomerVoice are submitted.  'Standard' forms not linked to CustomerVoice are triggering fine.

What changed?

    same here.

    Even worse, the table name "customer voice survey - responses" does not even exist anymore in the Dataverse connector.

    I would switch over to basic MS Forms if only the feature of add "regular expression" would be integrated in regular MS Forms

    Please help !
