Identify bugs logged by an organization in Platform Update

Hi All,

There is a client ask to identify the MS bugs raised by them in LCS and correlate them to the Platform update Bugs.

Kindly share us where we can find the client (organization) related bugs from Platform Update bugs.

We need this on high priority, as our test team needs to test only the Client related bugs instead of performing testing for whole set published by MS

Your quick reply will help us a lot.

With regards

    Warm regards.

    Thanks for you reply

But our current ask is to correlate the Bug released by Microsoft in Platform update say 10.0.38, how to identify bug raised by a client, based on modules.

Currently we need to focus on the bugs raised by our client alone. But in LCS, we have only support ticket numbers.

Of course we can search with description, which is very difficult.

    With regards

    Hi Elango,

In addition to the reply from Komi, if you found the bug in LCS issue search, you can mark it to keep you updated. Anyway, ensure the customer will do proper regression testing.

You can only see a bug that your as an organization identified and submitted to Microsoft via the Open ticket function LCS. That way, when you go to support on LCS, you would see your submitted issues.
