How can I assign the work item to other users ?

Hi,
Validation of SO begining from interface with user Admin.
if the SO should be rejected, the user should be a nominative user and not Admin.
i use the Assign possibility but steel Admin in the history WF

    Can you elaborate on the question? Is your issue that the Admin user should not be able to approve or reject the SO? Which users are currently assigned for the workflow approval?

    You must set the user in WF set up.

    Judging from your description, there may be some problems with your workflow configuration, which causes it not to work according to the expectations you set. You can refer to the following link:

    Can you give us more details, do you want to delegate the approval to another user? You can configure who should approve/ reject the transaction from the workflow configuration to be user, Hierarchy etc.

    i explain : 
    A sales order interface starts the work flow with the admin account
    The analysis of the data in the workflow imposes an automatic rejection of this command
    Normally, it should be the originator that is used in the work item.
    In our case, it's Admin.
    So I want to redirect the user and say Vtondeur
    -I get the email notification to Vtondeur
    -I don't get the redirect to the user Vtonder in the work item

    On approval steps, you can set up notifications, e.g. in case of rejection. You can then setup which user(s) will get a notification. Will that be sufficient for your requirement?

    On approval steps, you can set up notifications, e.g. in case of rejection. You can then setup which user(s) will get a notification. Will that be sufficient for your requirement? : No it’ not sufficient as the notification send to the good user Vtondeur, but as the assign work item is not for Vtondeur, this user could do nothing, only look the history, and so the workflow is blocked

    Hi Veronique,

    A rejection of the workflow results in an end state of the workflow instance. That will not create a new work item. Or are you talking about a conditional decision? Can you share the current configuration of your workflow?
