Hi, I do not know much about Project Accounting tables but I am compiling a report and I need some details from the Project Accounting billing side. I would need the item number being billed (posted records only), project no., status of the project and the vendor name of the item from the Project Accounting tables. Is there anyone who can at least provide me the name of the tables? I would really appreciate your help.

Sanjay wrote a post detailing the table numbers and names for the Project Accounting module. You can find it here:

I haven't looked through the tables to see which ones contain the information you are looking for, but if you need any further assistance please let me know.

Tables related to PA billing are as follows:

PA Billing Header HIST - PA33100
PA Billing Detail HIST - PA33200

PA Billing Header OPEN - PA23100
PA Billing Detail OPEN - PA23200

PA Billing Header WORK - PA13100
PA Billing Detail WORK - PA13200

PA Project Master File - PA01201

SELECT d.[Item Number],d.[Vendor ID], PADocnumber20, PADOCDT, a.CUSTNMBR, a.PACONTNUMBER, a.PAPROJNUMBER ,b.POPRCTNM,b.RCPTLNNM,b.CONTNBR,c.PASTAT FROM .PA23200 a inner join POP31310 b on a.PAPROJNUMBER=b.ProjNum inner join PA01200 c on a.PAPROJNUMBER=c.PAPROJNUMBER and a.CUSTNMBR=b.CUSTNMBR inner join ReceivingsLineItems d on d.[POP Receipt Number]=b.POPRCTNM

Add/Remove fields from the tables, add conditions and improve this query, need to go!

Thank you. I was actually using PA23203 and I was not getting the result I expected but using PA23200 resolved the issue. I really appreciate your help.
