I’m currently looking for someone to help me out regarding subscription management in D365 marketing. I’m currently experiencing an issue when embedding a subscription centre web form on an external CMS website. the following issues I’m currently facing is:
“We cannot verify your contact information.
Make sure cookies are not blocked or use the unsubscribe link“
this happens when I open up an marketing email and I am navigated to the landing page where I should have the ability to update my preferences / management of subscriptions.
The configuration of the landing page and marketing settings looks correct - however not sure if I am missing a trick or two.
Is this a bug or we are missing something?
Can we use subscription centres for contacts without a marketing page?
