Subscription centre not verifying contact

Good evening,

Hope everyone is doing well.

I’m currently looking for someone to help me out regarding subscription management in D365 marketing. I’m currently experiencing an issue when embedding a subscription centre web form on an external CMS website. the following issues I’m currently facing is:

“We cannot verify your contact information.

Make sure cookies are not blocked or use the unsubscribe link“

this happens when I open up an marketing email and I am navigated to the landing page where I should have the ability to update my preferences / management of subscriptions.

The configuration of the landing page and marketing settings looks correct - however not sure if I am missing a trick or two.

Is this a bug or we are missing something?

Can we use subscription centres for contacts without a marketing page?

Absolutely true. You can only reach and test a subscription center from a link in an email send via a customer journey. Also not via test emails send via the test button.

Hi RGhai,

As far as I know, the email should be placed in the subscription center, the landing page cannot get the contact information, but the subscription center can get the contact information from your email address.

In addition, the subscription center cannot be opened directly from the link and needs to be placed in the mail to work properly
