Auto Post GL Transaction using Dynamic GP Webservice

Hi,
I am new to Dynamics GP.I am able to do GP Transaction using CreateGLTransaction webmethod successfully.

But the problem i am having is while doing the transaction i haven't specified any Batch Key but a Batch key is automatically getting assigned into the transaction.Why is that happening?

And another problem is Transaction state is showing "Unposted". I need that transaction to be posted automatically so that i can see that transaction in the specified Account summary.Currently i am unable to see any transaction details in the corresponding account summary.

Is there any way i can solve this problems using Dynamics GP Webservice.
