Does anyone know if Microsoft has released the official message Unified Service desk end-of-life 'Depreciation'? I know there has been communication around bringing the product to an end, and the C.S workplace will be its successor. Any office statement around this, please?

I have not heard of any USD deprecation dates. Could I ask where you were getting this information?
