    One effective strategy I’ve used in Dynamics 365 Marketing to boost social media engagement is leveraging Customer Insights with custom segments to drive personalized messaging. When you combine this with automated journeys, you can target the right audience at the right time with relevant content.
     
    A few tips:
     
    1. Use AI-driven segmentation to group users based on behavior or engagement history, then tailor social messages accordingly.
     
     
    2. Trigger social posts from journeys tied to events or user actions — this adds relevance and timing.
     
     
    3. Integrate with LinkedIn or other supported platforms through Social Posting in D365 Marketing, and schedule content during peak engagement times.
     
     
    4. Use A/B testing for post content and formats, and feed performance results back into future journeys for optimization.
     
     
    5. Keep an eye on engagement KPIs in the real-time analytics dashboard and adjust journeys based on drop-off or click-through rates.
