Hi all..

i install Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 R3 in new server use Hyper-V.

first time, i select Database component only, and then install, but install not completed.

    One of the errors says that it "Cannot open backup device 'D:\MASTER INSTALL\MS AX 2012 R3\Models\Standard\AxBootstrapDB.BAK'. Operating system error 3(The system cannot find the path specified.)."

    Please check if the path is correct and it's accessible.

    i try edit permission for folder Models, set Full Control for my user.

    And then i try install again, and get error again.

    This time you had no error for the bootstrap, so it was folder permission issue. You should run the setup.exe with the Run as Administrator option if UAC is enabled on the server.

    The setup log clearly states that you have not deleted the databases from the previous unsuccessful installation, so remove those before you attempt to use the same name again, or provide a new database name.

    i deleted previous databases.

    and then, i run the setup.exe with Run as Administrator, but i get error "Cannot open backup device 'D:\MASTER INSTALL\MS AX 2012 R3\Models\Standard\AxBootstrapDB.BAK'. Operating system error 3(The system cannot find the path specified.)"

    and this is permission for my user in folder 'D:\MASTER INSTALL\MS AX 2012 R3\Models\Standard'

    Make sure you are a local administrator on all servers. You do not need to alter folder permissions, since if you have access, the installer will also grant access in your name. Here is a list of prerequisites to validate other than being a local admin:

    On the local computer, this user be a member of the Administrator group.

    If you are running Windows Server 2012 R2, then right click on the Start menu icon > Computer management > Local users and groups > Groups > Administrators. The account with which you are installing AX (your user) must be a local administrator listed in there. Are you installing it with that Axapta user account part of the current domain?

    Also you do not really need UAC for the AX AOS, I typically disable it using the method explained here:

    richardstk.com/.../fully-disable-user-account-control-in-windows-server-2012-windows-server-2012-r2

    and this is screencap my Computer Management.

    my user for installing AX (asara\axapta) be a member group Local Administrators.

    but, if i check in server domain for create active directory user, i see this user axapta only be member of Domain User.

    That is correct. Maybe your installer kit is broken, try to download and extract another AX 2012 R3 ISO file (and do the slipstream installer with hotfixes in the Updates folder if required).
