My apologies if this has been answered previously, I tried searching but couldn't find this particular issue.
We're currently running Dynamics 7 SL Feature Pack 1 - Professional (7.03.21026.00) on a Win 2008 64bit server. Our workstations run Win 7 64bit.
I'm running into an issue where a user will suddenly no longer be able to use their instance of Dynamics on a given day. They'll receive the 'Stopped Working' error. I've attached the report.wer content of one of the Windows events corresponding to a crash. The main line that stands out to me is the System.UnauthorizedAccess.
Historically, we have resolved the error by uninstalling/reinstalling the client, but I'd like to understand the root cause and attempt to resolve that.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
