Dataverse Connection Setup Issue

 it isHi, everyone.
 
Today I noticed the Dataverse connection setup was disconnected automatically, when I tried to reconnect i get the following error message.
 
We looked for the answer and we get these following links.
 
But we make all these things we get a message that says The client id or client secret have not been initialized. it is supposed to appear in the dataverse connection setup page, but it doesn't.
 
Does anybody knows why?
