FRx Error 9: Subscript Out of Range

Hello:

An FRx 6.7 SP12 client of ours is receiving the "FRx Error 9 - Subscript Out of Range" error, upon exporting FRx statements to Excel.

Two things.  First, the director of this department has tried most everything called for in KB articles, to no effect.

Secondly, she says that this issue is only occurring for some end users but not others.  So, a lot of the remedies that I'm seeing in my research do not speak to such a situation.

Any ideas?

    Not sure what the KB articles say, but could there be a conflict with version of Excel?

    Hi Heather:

    Thanks, for the response!  Here's the cause and resolution.

    We compared the page options of the two catalogs, and found that another successful report did not contain a page footer but the problem report did have a footer.  When we moved the data from the footer to the header on the problem report, the report was able to be generated to Excel successfully.
