NAV Customer Statements being sent to wrong customers

We have an issue with a client on NAV 2018 where they batch run the standard customer statement routine to send the statements out via email.

Once the routine has run, all looks correct with the file name correct for the customers in question. However, in intermittent cases when opening the PDF statement in the email, a statement is showing for a completley different customer.

We've raised originally with Microsoft but since NAV 18 is now out of mainstream support, the answer is upgrade to BC.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Our thinking is something to do with the .NET Temp file structure.

As mentioned by KasparsSemjonovs I would double check on the customer card and/or under document layouts if the correct customer email addresses are specified.

@YUN ZHU - in NAV 2018 it was already possible to send out Customer Statements in bulk to all Customers.

As far as I know, there is no automatic email Customer Statement to all customers in NAV. Is this a custom feature? If so, please contact your partner to investigate this issue.

    Thanks.
