Permissions fro Interactive Service Hub

Hello everyone,

I would like for my users to start using the Interactive Service Hub. it seems that the only roles that have access to it are; System admin, System Customizer and CS manager. Which privileges can i add to a custom security role so they can have access?

    It's ootb behavior, but if you manually add link to ISH, it will appear in the SiteMap:

    User with CSR role - default sitemap:

    I found that you need to select Read privilege for System Application Metadata on the Customization tab of a security role. Hope this works for you.
