We've compared the settings such as Document Date versus Posted Date, and the As Of date. But the 0-30 days column is about $3000 more on the HATB than on the ATB... and the "120+ column" is the same $3000 less. The other columns match to the penny.
Thoughts on why this discrepancy would occur?

Thanks for your reply... Yes, we had run aging... and the TOTALS matched, but the buckets did not - so we're still wondering.
Brian,
You need to run aging process in GP in order for AR TB reports to update the aging buckets. Historical Trial balance report does it out of box.
Also, if you ever have differences between the 2 reports in totals (not buckets), this may mean that you have some data corruption and some transactions may have not got properly to all of the tables. AR TB and HTB are build on different using different tables but they should match.
Thanks.
