I have a “My View” under Advanced Find that was created by a user who is no longer in CRM and was shared with others. Is there a way of changing ownership of this View?

There's a couple of ways to address this:

    1.  You can reactivate the user and then Assign the view to someone else who works there.

    2.  You can SAVE AS on the view and then remove the old view and share the newly saved one again.

    3.  Recreate the view manually.

Unless the view was created as a Public View, I don't think there is any other method of taking ownership.

    Hi,

User 'Personal User Views Migration' in XRM Tool box. It's really simple to use and you don't have to re-share.
