Hello experts,

we would like to send out copy receipts to customers (e.g. in case they have lost their original receipt) via Email from the transactions journal view.

We are currently (successfully) sending email receipts to customers after a transaction using the email notification profile and custom HTML templates.

However when we are trying to send an receipt after a purchase via email from the "Transactions Journal", no email is being sent out.

I assume this is just a matter of missing configuration. Could you please advise what else we have to configure in order make that functionality work?

Please also see the attached image to identfy which screen I am talking about.

normally it should work. If you will not get any help from the community, please create a support case for us to investigate that.
