Hello experts,
we would like to send out copy receipts to customers (e.g. in case they have lost their original receipt) via Email from the transactions journal view.
We are currently (successfully) sending email receipts to customers after a transaction using the email notification profile and custom HTML templates.
However when we are trying to send an receipt after a purchase via email from the "Transactions Journal", no email is being sent out.
I assume this is just a matter of missing configuration. Could you please advise what else we have to configure in order make that functionality work?
