We have come across 100's of errors relating to something called ***** on both front end servers
Google doesnt seem to have anything on it, can anyone shed any light what they refer to?

I'm pretty sure this is not a CRM component. Though to be sure you can check if there's anything useful against the event source in the registry - go to SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog\<Log>\SiloAgent - The Microsoft event sources normally have an entry for an EventMessageFile which will give some indication of which product it belongs to. However, my guess is that this isn't a Microsoft product
