How can I get Named Printers to Hold number of copies on RDS?

I have a customer running in a virtual environment. They are using RDS to access GP 10 sp5. The OS on the Terminal Server has Win 2008 R2 installed.

I am trying to set up a named printer for a specific user to print 4 copies. I can get to the printer properites within named printers and change the number of copies, however it does not hold this value.

This customer is really trying to get away from seeing the Print Dialog box. I cannot turn off the print dialog box until I get named printers to hold the number of copies.

Any ideas on how to resolve this is greatly appreciated.
