Thanks for sharing details. I tried to repro the issue in UCI but it works fine me. Just one quick test to isolate this issue further - If you turn-off the Auto-save feature from system settings, does it fix the issue ? With help of this step, we can figure out if the problem is because of Auto-save or any other component.
I would also suggest to submit a support ticket so that we can investigate it further.

This behavior is in all browsers, not in-private browsing (we don't work with that). Most of the users use the browser Chrome and Edge.
- Does this issue happens for with few user or all users including system administrator ?
For all users, including the system administrator.
- Does this issue happens in for a single entity or it can be repro'd with any entity including OOB entity ?
It happens in any entity. We don't have OOB entity's. For example; in an incident it happens in two text fields (that fields are OOB). Other example is in the activity task in the text field ''Description'' (standard CRM-field).
- Does this issue happens in UCI or web client or both ?
It happens in UCI.
